About this opportunity\.\.\.

As a **Product Sourcing & Services Intern \(PSS Intern\),** you'll work alongside our experienced Sourcing team to support the full product lifecycle\-from development to delivery\. You'll gain hands\-on exposure to sourcing operations, vendor communications, and product development processes that align with brand aesthetics, quality standards, and merchant goals\. Throughout the internship, you'll be challenged to contribute meaningful ideas and insights that support merchant and sourcing strategies\. Your experience will culminate in a final project, where you'll present your recommendations to senior leaders\. This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore the dynamic world of product sourcing while developing professional skills in a collaborative, fast\-paced environment\. You'll also get a taste of our company culture, build lasting connections, and discover more about your career interests\.

The base pay for this role is $22\.00\. The hourly rate listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees\. Other rewards vary by position and location

Product Sourcing & Services** **Intern

+ Support the sourcing process from initial product concept through production and shipment by performing day\-to\-day administrative & operational functions across designated product categories\.

+ Gain exposure to product costing by learning how to analyze cost breakdowns and support pricing discussions with guidance from the sourcing team\.

+ Develop an eye for product by organizing and evaluating samples for design, materials, and finishes, while learning to assess value and aesthetics\.

+ Track timelines and vendor communication by monitoring key milestones, flagging delays, and helping ensure on\-time delivery through collaboration with internal teams and external partners\.

+ Assist with purchase order preparation by gathering, verifying, and providing relevant data to merchants for PO issuance, ensuring accuracy before communicating with vendors\.

+ You are organized and pay attention to detail

+ You understand retail math and have strong analytical skills and PC skills, with an emphasis on spreadsheet applications\.

+ You are proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook and familiar with MS Office

+ You graduate between **August 2026 \- May 2027**

+ You are available to work the **full program, Monday \- Friday, during traditional business hours**

The Internship will take place from Monday, June 1** **st** **thru Friday, July 24** **th** **, 2026\.
