Description

We are looking for a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will collaborate with supply chain partners, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to manage nondisclosure agreements and ensure the protection of proprietary information. This position requires strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of legal and contractual requirements to support effective decision-making and protect organizational interests.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze nondisclosure agreement requests to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.

• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and partners to safeguard proprietary information.

• Communicate effectively with supply chain teams, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to align on contract strategies.

• Develop and implement negotiation strategies to address complex contractual issues.

• Provide expert advice on legal and contractual matters to support supply chain operations.

• Manage the administration of contracts, including tracking, documentation, and repository updates.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer specifications.

• Monitor and address any contractual discrepancies or conflicts to ensure smooth operations.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate the execution of purchase orders and agreements.

• Support the preparation of quotations and contractual provisions to meet business objectives.

Requirements • Proven experience in contract administration and negotiation within a supply chain or legal environment.

• Strong knowledge of legal requirements, nondisclosure agreements, and contractual frameworks.

• Proficiency in tools such as SharePoint for contract repository management and Active Server Page (ASP) applications.

• Ability to interpret and apply FAA regulations and customer specifications.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with supply chain logistics and company policy adherence.

• Ability to analyze and address contractual issues effectively.
