Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative for a Menomonee Falls, WI area organization. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication with clients, processing orders efficiently, and maintaining high standards of service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met with clarity and efficiency.

• Process and manage incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system.

• Prepare and provide detailed quotes to clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding pricing or specifications.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reference and reporting purposes.

• Monitor order progress and communicate updates to clients as needed.

• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to enhancing overall client satisfaction.

• Handle complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, aiming to find effective resolutions.

• Stay informed about company products and services to offer accurate guidance and support.

Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or a related role, preferably within a manufacturing or similar industry.

• Strong proficiency in order entry systems and tools.

• Ability to prepare detailed quotes and communicate pricing effectively.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.

• Familiarity with wood or furniture manufacturing processes is advantageous but not required.
