    The Role at a glance:

    We are looking to add an experienced cook and driver to our Education team in Charlotte. As a cook and driver, you will have the opportunity to prepare delicious food and transport it to a variety of locations as needed.

    What you'll be doing:

    + Performing food preparation and production tasks while following recipes and safe food handling policies and procedures.

    + Ensuring proper portion and temperature control and proper storage of leftover food.

    + Loading and transporting food products from one location to another according to an assigned schedule.

    What we're looking for:

    _Must-haves:_

    + Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.

    + Ability to use a variety of kitchen equipment and tools, as well as to identify and differentiate food items.

    + High-level product knowledge and the ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service.

    + Excellent attention to detail.

    + A valid state driver’s license for the vehicle used for transport.

    + At least one years’ experience in a high volume establishment with an emphasis on cooking from scratch.

    _Nice-to-haves:_

    + Food Handler’s certification.
