Description We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our team in Tonawanda, New York. This is a long-term contract position that requires expertise in managing payroll processes for a large-scale and multi-state workforce. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of payroll systems and compliance while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of payroll administration.

Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle payroll for a large-scale workforce exceeding 500 employees.

• Manage multi-state payroll operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to administer payroll functions efficiently and accurately.

• Verify payroll calculations, deductions, and adjustments for accuracy.

• Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries in a timely manner.

• Prepare and distribute payroll reports and documentation as needed.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll policies, tax regulations, and reporting standards.

• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll integration.

• Conduct audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

• Implement best practices to optimize payroll processes. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle payroll management.

• Expertise in handling multi-state payroll operations.

• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.

• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

• Experience managing payroll for organizations with over 500 employees.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills to address employee inquiries and collaborate with teams.

• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
