    • What You’ll Do

    + Own the full Accounts Payable cycle with accuracy, speed, and a smile

    + Process invoices, bills, expense reports, and vendor payments in QuickBooks Online

    + Keep vendor records fresh, organized, and audit-ready

    + Reconcile accounts and support month-end close

    + Communicate with vendors and internal teams with professionalism and positivity

    + Help strengthen and streamline our AP processes (we love new ideas!)

    Requirements

    What You Bring

     

    + Experience with Accounts Payable (nonprofit experience a bonus!)

    + Strong hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online

    + Superb attention to detail—because tiny numbers matter

    + Natural problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

    + Ability to juggle tasks while staying organized and upbeat

    + A desire to contribute to a mission that matters
