    A growing, family-owned manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant to support daily accounting operations and month-end close. This is a great role for someone who wants mentorship, stability, and long-term growth.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Journal entries, bank/GL reconciliations, month-end support

    • AR/collections, customer statements, ACH processing

    • Assist Controller with daily transactional work

    • Backup payroll processing (~50 employees)

    • Work with external CPA firm as needed

    • Pitch in across the team—collaborative environment

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 2–5 years of accounting experience

    • Strong accounting fundamentals (degree preferred)

    • AR/collections experience

    • Payroll exposure a plus

    • ERP experience
