    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Irvine, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers while contributing to the growth of our organization.     Responsibilities:

    • Provide assistance to customers and distributors by addressing inquiries, tracking orders, processing returns, and offering account support.

    • Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, ensuring all concerns are handled with care.

    • Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

    • Translate and explain product details or marketing materials for multilingual audiences as needed.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

    • Represent the company as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and passion behind our products.

    • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and organization.

    • Utilize call center systems to document interactions and provide seamless support.

     

    Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.

     

    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and solve problems effectively.

    • Multilingual skills in Mandarin, Vietnamese, or other languages such as Spanish or French are highly desirable.

    • Familiarity with call center systems or order entry software is required.

    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

    • Positive and empathetic approach to customer interactions.

    • Knowledge of network marketing or the beauty/skincare industry is a plus.
