    Description

    We are working with a client in Little Elm that is hiring a Level II Desktop Analyst to join their team on a contract to permanent basis. This person will support users onsite and any remote employees that are escalated from the level 1 service desk. It requires the ability to go into a deeper level of troubleshooting on both software and hardware.

    POSITION: DESKTOP SUPPORT ANALYST LEVEL II

    DURATION: 6 MONTH CONTRACT TO HIRE

    SALARY: $65 - $70K

    Requirements

    • Install, configure, and ship new windows computers for employees

    • Follow a build checklist to install and configure software on new computers

    • Create users and manage account access

    • Manage printers and assets, and participate in change management process

    • Know Microsoft Azure fundamentals

    Requirements

    Required Knowledge

    3+ years of experience in a level II role

     

    Root cause troubleshooting for hardware and software issues

     

    Experience resolving network connectivity problems

     

    Knowledge of Apple devices

     

    Windows 10 and 11

     

    Experience with Server 2019 and 2022

     

    Any experience with virtualized servers is a plus

     

    Intune experience or other device management tool
