Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Wood Dale, Illinois. This role involves managing various aspects of human resources, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR systems. Responsibilities:

• Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the organization.

• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and promoting a healthy work environment.

• Administer benefits programs, providing support and guidance to employees regarding their options and coverage.

• Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with policies.

• Support HR administrative functions, including maintaining employee records and preparing reports.

• Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.

• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and leadership.

• Utilize HRIS systems, such as UKG Pro, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations. Requirements • Proven experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.

• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, and onboarding processes.

• Familiarity with benefits administration and the ability to assist employees effectively.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly UKG Pro.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
