Position Summary:
The National Director, US Treatment Site Strategy & Customer Engagement is responsible for evolving and refining the US strategy for treatment site expansion and cell therapy footprint, as well as ensuring the execution of that strategy. The Director will lead a high-performing team focused treatment site onboarding and early customer engagement, driving cross-functional coordination and operational readiness across the US. This individual will play a critical role as a member of a high-performing Global Cell Therapy leadership team and will report directly to the Vice President, Cell Therapy, Global Cross Functional Operations. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional leaders including Apheresis Operations, Commercial Account Sales Leaders, Marketing, Operations, Medical, Market Access, and Patient Scheduling & Operations to deliver on strategic objectives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
+ Lead the development and execution of the treatment site footprint strategy with cross-functional input and alignment.
+ Oversee treatment site onboarding and activation, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless strategy execution.
+ Oversee the internal onboarding process, proactively identifying and removing obstacles to meet deadlines and evolving customer needs.
+ Prioritize resources to enable rapid expansion to new patient opportunities and support network growth.
+ Continuously innovate and improve onboarding processes to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and ensure readiness for future pipeline assets.
+ Leverage customer and market insights to inform and refine the treatment site network strategy.
+ Foster a high-performing, inclusive, and accountable team environment, prioritizing professional development and leadership growth.
+ Empower and influence cross-functional working groups to act with urgency on behalf of patients.
+ Champion diversity and inclusion within the team and across stakeholder engagements.
+ Maintain a patient-centric approach, working collaboratively to remove obstacles and deliver optimal outcomes.
+ Ensure all onboarding processes are executed within regulatory and legal guidelines.
+ Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of customers and marketplace, key accounts, regional market dynamics, company policies, and top competitors and their potential strategies.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree in business or science; MBA preferred.
+ 10+ years' experience in the bio-pharma industry working in US and/or Global commercial teams.
+ Prior experience in Cell and/or Gene Therapies highly desirable.
+ Strong leadership skills: demonstrated ability to lead other leaders, influence in a matrix organization, and drive operational rigor.
+ Proven ability to effectively manage and develop a team.
+ Demonstrated ability to think analytically, provide customer-oriented solutions, and manage complex cross-functional issues effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to lead and engage with cross-disciplinary teams.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills.
+ Candidates with commercial backgrounds must have demonstrated ability to manage medical detail; candidates with medical backgrounds must have a demonstrated commercial mindset.

Compensation Overview:
Princeton - NJ - US: $198,130 - $240,083
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
