Pay Rate: $23–$25/hour, based on experience and certifications (additional $2 for short shifts, $25-$27/hour) Pay Frequency: Weekly pay – always on time Shift Availability: Flexible shifts (4 to 6 hours) — weekend availability is a plus!   About Us: Always Best Care combines national strength and standards with local accessibility and personal service.
