    What We’re Looking For:

    + Brings proven experience in automotive service advising (BMW or other luxury brand experience strongly preferred)

    + Possesses strong upselling skills with a track record of maximizing customer value ethically and transparently

    + Is passionate about building relationships and delivering world-class customer service

    + Demonstrates excellent product knowledge, especially with BMW vehicles, systems, and maintenance needs

    + Excels in communication, follow-up, and problem-solving

    + Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

    + Is driven, coachable, and aligned with Lithia’s core values

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Greet and assist guests with professionalism and enthusiasm

    + Advise customers on their vehicle service needs with expertise and clarity

    + Work closely with technicians, parts, and service management to ensure a seamless experience

    + Maintain meticulous records and follow established processes

    + Contribute to the dealership’s growth through exceptional performance and customer satisfaction

    Qualifications:

    + Prefer 2 years of experience as a service advisor

    + Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.

    + Automotive aptitude and knowledge are preferred

    + Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.

    + Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.

    + Basic computer & cost calculation skills.

    + Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
