+ Salary: $77,761 - $97,201; plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

+ Manage cross-functional projects and short- and long-term strategic initiatives and provide hands-on technical support to resolve the manufacturing plant’s issues

+ Ensure sustained performance improvements, reduced downtime, and alignment with organizational goals

+ Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including root cause and breakdown analysis

+ Ensure equipment uptime and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards

+ Manage C omputerized Maintenance Management System ( CMMS) for planning, scheduling, and documenting work orders

+ Interpret blueprints, schematics, and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)

+ Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

+ Bachelor’s Degree with 3 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 6 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

+ Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification or Bachelor’s Degree
