The summer intern will support the MB Learning & Development team under the Human Resource Department with multiple projects and administrative functions. We are seeking an enthusiastic L&D Intern to join our team and provide invaluable support for our department.
Through this internship, you’ll have the opportunity to enhance operational efficiency and improve employee onboarding and training processes. If you are eager to learn, have a strong interest in Learning & Development and want to further develop yourself as a professional, this is the ideal role for you.
Through your internship you will be given the opportunity to manage and lead a process improvement project that supports a key initiative and give a final presentation to the US executive leadership team upon completion of the internship.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
+ Function as lead person on specific projects
+ Actively participate in internship program training activities, developmental opportunities, and events.
+ Gain understanding of all business areas to develop business acumen.
+ Timely completion of business-specific projects and tasks
+ Other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
+ High School Diploma /General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with 0 to 1 years of general work experience
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The Company will not sponsor applicants for work visas
