Position Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Supply Chain Specialist to manage and optimize the flow of goods, materials, and information throughout our supply chain. This role will focus on ensuring timely procurement, inventory accuracy, and efficient distribution to meet customer and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations from procurement to delivery.
+ Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
+ Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
+ Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
+ Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead times, fill rates, and cost efficiency.
+ Resolve supply chain issues promptly and maintain strong vendor relationships.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
+ 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

This is a Contract position based out of New Berlin, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage order logistics and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. This role involves coordinating order processing, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and logistics inquiries.Process and manage customer orders accurately in the system.Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment.Monitor and track shipments; proactively communicate updates or delays to customers.Resolve order-related issues promptly and professionally.Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and resolutions.Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.Collaborate with internal departments to improve order flow and customer satisfaction.
