Job Description:

We’re looking for a Member Services & Relationship Specialist to join a dynamic financial team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional service, process transactions accurately, and build meaningful relationships with members by offering tailored financial solutions.

What You’ll Do

+ Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with precision.

+ Educate members on digital banking tools like mobile apps and online platforms.

+ Resolve inquiries promptly and provide consultative support.

+ Open new accounts, memberships, and loans while identifying opportunities for additional services.

+ Support branch operations including ATM balancing and compliance tasks.

+ Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed performance goals.

What We’re Looking For

+ 1+ year of experience

+ High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Banking experience preferred; strong customer service background considered.

+ Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:30 PM) and occasional Saturdays (9:00 AM–12:00 PM).

This is a Permanent position based out of Albany, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
