    Job Purpose

    The HR Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support to individuals and/or departments, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes. This role works under limited supervision and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    DKey Responsibilities

    + Perform general administrative tasks, including photocopying, scheduling meetings, typing, faxing, ordering supplies, arranging travel, and handling mail.

    + Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing information on moderately sensitive matters.

    + Respond to complex functional inquiries, conducting research and follow-up as needed.

    + Serve as a key resource within the department, offering guidance and support.

    + Anticipate and coordinate projects, organize schedules, and ensure deadlines are met. Prepare and analyze data for upcoming initiatives.

    + Exercise independent judgment in decision-making within established guidelines.

    + Draft and edit documents, letters, memos, and presentations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.

    + Handle confidential information appropriately and provide guidance to peers on proprietary matters.

    + Maintain compliance with all quality requirements and integrate quality standards into daily work.

    sQualifications

    + High School diploma or equivalent required.

    + Previous administrative or clerical experience.

    + Ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate professionally with managers and new hires.

    + Agile and thrives in a high-volume work environment.

    + Willingness to travel to Arbor Lakes, Minnetonka.

    + Some HR experience preferred.

    + Passion for building a career in HR!

    This is a Contract position based out of Arden Hills, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
