Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize the movement of goods and materials. This role will ensure timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination between internal teams, carriers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and schedule shipments for inbound and outbound orders.
+ Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
+ Track shipments and provide status updates to customers and stakeholders.
+ Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
+ Resolve transportation and delivery issues promptly and professionally.
+ Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning.
+ Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP or logistics management systems.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage order logistics and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. This role involves coordinating order processing, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and logistics inquiries.Process and manage customer orders accurately in the system.Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment.Monitor and track shipments; proactively communicate updates or delays to customers.Resolve order-related issues promptly and professionally.Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and resolutions.Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.Collaborate with internal departments to improve order flow and customer satisfaction.
