    AIP is looking for an Administrative Clerk IV who is responsible for day-to-day payroll entry operations and office procedures to ensure critical business processes flow continually in Miami, FL. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!

    Responsibilities

    + Accurately Process Payroll for over four hundred Detention Officers.

    + Identify and correct timesheet issues before they become payroll discrepancies.

    + Ensure deliverable reports are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.

    + Maintain Detention Supervisor Administrative In Box.

    + Maintain accurate payroll records of receipts.

    + Accurately reconcile processed work by comparing weekly/monthly reports verifying entries.

    + Answering the phone and responding to e-mails in a timely manner.

    + All other duties as assigned.

    + Maintain Office Inventory.

    Qualifications

    + US citizen or a person lawfully admitted into the United States for permanent residence and have resided in the U.S. for the last five years.

    + The incumbent must have a minimum of one year payroll experience.

    + 1-year Associated Degree in Accounting in lieu of experience.

    + Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent

    + Pass a criminal background and consumer credit check (no criminal record).

    + Obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE government clearance.

    + Pass all pre-employment and random drug tests.

    + At least 21 years of age.

    + Possess a valid state driver's license.

    + The incumbent must be trustworthy.

    + Must be able to maintain confidentiality.

    + Demonstrate an ability to work with a diverse population of people, including people of different cultures, with different values and lifestyles, with a cross-cultural perspective.

    + Maintain current/physical residence in the continental United States.

    + Strong Verbal communication skills.
