    Job Title: Customer Service Representative

    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage order logistics and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. This role involves coordinating order processing, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.

    Responsibilities

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and logistics inquiries.

    + Process and manage customer orders accurately in the system.

    + Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

    + Monitor and track shipments; proactively communicate updates or delays to customers.

    + Resolve order-related issues promptly and professionally.

    + Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and resolutions.

    + Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.

    + Collaborate with internal departments to improve order flow and customer satisfaction.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in logistics, customer support, supply chain, and customer service.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Customer service skills including inside sales, data entry, and order entry.

    + Proficiency in using ERP systems.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

    + 1–3 years of experience in customer service or order management.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

    This is a Permanent position based out of New Berlin, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $48000.00 - $52000.00/yr.

    Additional informationCompetitive Salary - Pay is determined based on skills, geographic location, internal equity, market/data analysis, number of years of prior relevant experience, degrees and/or certifications, technical assessment score, etc. Benefits: Medical Plan, Dental, Vision, 401k plan with a match from day one, identity theft protection, accident insurance, travel insurance and so much more!Vacation: 2 weeks of vacation per year (pro-rated for the first year depending on start date). 5-12 years of service, 3 weeks. 13+ years of service, 4 weeks.Sick Leave: 5 days of Sick Leave per year.
