    Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Certified Nursing Assistant** to work at a facility in **Martinsburg , PA.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.

     

    **Pay Rate:** $25 / hour Weekdays

    *W2

    **Pay Rate:** $26 / hour Weekend

    *W2

    Shifts Available:

    + 1st 6:30a-2:30p

    + 2nd 2:30p-10:30p

    + 3rd 10:30p-6:30a

    + short shifts 2:30p-5:00p

    + short shifts 6:30p-10:30p

    + short shifts 6:30a-10:30a

    Qualifications:

    + Current 2 step PPD (within the last year)

    + MMR

    + Physical within the last 6 months

    + CNA License

    + License Verification

    + Driver's License

    + Proof they have lived in PA for 2 years

    + Criminal Background within the last 6 months

    + Covid Vaccine Info, if not vaccinated need a religious exemption statement

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff

    + Record patient information such as vital signs, weight and changes in medical history

    + Update and maintain all client records

    + Assist nurse in maintaining medical inventory

    + Administer prescribed medications to patients

    + Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment

    + Maintain a clean and healthy environment
