As a Social Media Intern, you will:
Content Creation & Localization:
+ Create engaging content for social media platforms using scheduling tools.
+ Collaborate to develop localized content for regional engagement.
+ Assist in sourcing and creating assets for posts.
Field Collaboration:
+ Participate in discussions with field teams to understand their content needs.
+ Help translate field feedback into actionable content ideas for social media.
Trend & Content Research:
+ Identify emerging social media trends and analyze competitor strategies.
+ Suggest creative approaches for localized and agent-focused content.
Brand Consistency:
+ Ensure all content complies with company social media policy and brand guidelines.
+ Maintain a unified tone and visual identity across platforms.
Tools & Technology:
+ Learn and use social media scheduling tools effectively.
+ Stay up to date with platform features and tools.
+ Hootsuite and Notion experience a plus.
Analytics:
+ Participate in analytics review sessions to understand performance trends.
