    MDM Administration: Manage devices and mobile device management (MDM) through Microsoft Intune.

     

    Ticketing & Issue Resolution: Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management, including email-generated tickets, Level 1 support, escalation to Level 2, password resets, and troubleshooting failed PCs.

     

    Asset Management: Maintain a reserve of swap computers to minimize downtime during hardware failures.

    This is a Contract position based out of Hartsville, SC.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
