    Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced business leader with deep travel expertise to build out a suite of differentiated travel benefits and experiences that expand our travel offering for mass market, aspiring, and affluent customers—driving consideration, engagement, and loyalty across Wells Fargo customer segments.     In this role, you will:

    Define strategic roadmap and success metrics

    + Manage and develop a specialized team responsible for the Wells Fargo Travel portal and suite of travel-related offerings

    + Analyze customer and market information to identify strategies to effectively prioritize benefit expansion opportunities

    + Review and rationalize current benefits to identify opportunities for simplification

    + Identify opportunities and strategies for embedded travel benefits or services, travel servicing, technical integration approach, and customer experience design

    + Engage research teams to gather information needed for data-driven recommendations

    + Socialize and gather buy-in from internal stakeholders and executive leadership on vision, roadmap and investment requirements

    Own routines that drive rapid decision-making and strategic alignment through delivery

    + Work alongside delivery counterparts to facilitate timely decisions to address questions on architecture design and optimal delivery sequencing

    + Collaborate with delivery leadership to flag and resolve delivery impediments

    + Establish and maintain routines that ensure work is sponsored upfront and updates are shared proactively with leaders and stakeholders

    Manage strategic relationships and contracts

    + Serve as the primary interface with business P&L owners and executives on Travel strategy and roadmap

    + Interface with external partners and serve as partner relationship owner/manager

    + Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate contracts and facilitate RFPs for new strategic partnerships, as necessary

    Build a high-performing team culture

    + Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

    + Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management

    Required Qualifications:

    + 6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    + 3+ years of management or leadership experience

    Desired Qualifications:

    + 6+ years of experience in the credit card benefits ecosystem, with deep expertise in shaping and optimizing travel-related benefits to drive customer engagement, retention, and competitive differentiation

    + Extensive experience in banking or financial services; prior experience with a credit card issuer is strongly preferred

    + Strong understanding of the travel industry, including trends, customer expectations, and integration of travel services within financial products

    + Deep expertise in managing partnerships and leading complex contract negotiations

    + Advanced proficiency in structured decision-making, leveraging data and insights to guide strategy and execution

    + Demonstrated strategic leadership in product development, with a track record of driving business outcomes

    + Proven success in identifying and executing business development opportunities that align with enterprise strategy

    + Demonstrated ability to build and nurture a culture of continuous talent development, empowering individuals to grow and succeed while aligning with organizational goals

    + Experience contributing to team and talent development through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration

    + Strong ability to set results-driven goals and influence investment decisions to support product growth

    + Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across diverse teams

    + Demonstrated success in managing strategic stakeholder and partner relationships to drive long-term value

    Job Expectations:

    + This role offers a hybrid work schedule

    + Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
