    To load parts onto the line by sales order, color, and any special criteria.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Load parts densely while keeping up with the line speed.

    + Load parts so they do not hold water.

    + Rotate to different positions when needed.

    + Able to communicate with team members.

    + Use the labels to identify what part the color is.

    + Understands the QCDSM boards and contributes to continuous improvement activities in the department

    ATTRIBUTES

    + Lift up to 50 pounds.

    + Able to take direction.

    + Function in a fast-paced environment.

    + Able to differentiate parts of different colors.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + High School Degree or GED preferred

    + Basic computer knowledge.

    + Ability to read prints.

    + Flexible in their work schedule and able to work 10 hours a day for a 4-6 month period

    + Takes ownership and prides themselves in delivering a high-quality product

    + Must maintain a dependable and reliable work schedule

     

    The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock ownership plan.
