Roles and Responsibilities

+ Leads Operators in daily execution of standard work for Safety Quality Delivery and Cost

+ Complete hourly team pay roll, discipline, and performance reviews

+ Executes production according to the production schedule, pitch attainment, etc.

+ Use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute daily operations

+ In-depth understanding of key business drivers to make priority calls and drive the cell forward in problem solving

Required Qualifications

+ Engineering or Business Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR HS Diploma with minimum 10 Years of relevant job experience

+ At least 5 year in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain discipline

Eligibility Requirements

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future

+ This position is 100% onsite position at the GE Vernova Greenville, SC Garlington Road site

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $90,400.00 and $150,500.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
