Job Description
**AECOM** is currently seeking to hire an experienced **CEI Contract Support Specialist** to join our team and provide essential support for multiple transportation and infrastructure projects in the **Tampa, FL** area. In this role, the selected candidate will assist with a wide range of contract administration and project documentation tasks, including reviewing contractor submittals, preparing and maintaining project records, and monitoring compliance with FDOT standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Provides document management and project controls support which includes the receipt, inventory, audit, tracking, storage, retrieval and distribution of both classified and unclassified electronic, paper and other media project data and documents according to company policy, and proper procedures for the projects
+ Manages the set up and maintenance of document control / records management for multiple projects and Project Managers
+ Ensures that all local practices and activities comply with company policies and procedures.
+ Under limited supervision, applies sound professional judgment and independent thought on details of work
+ Resolves questions and problems
+ May independently perform most assignments with minimal direction
+ Reviews and processes contractor pay applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms
+ Assists in the preparation and review of change orders, contract modifications, and amendments.
+ Coordinates with project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and FDOT representatives, to facilitate effective communication and project progress
+ Monitors and reports on project schedules, identifying potential delays and recommending mitigation strategies
+ Assists in the preparation of monthly progress reports, highlighting key performance indicators and project milestones
+ Participates in project meetings and site visits as needed, documenting discussions and action items
+ Maintains accurate and up-to-date project files, including correspondence, submittals, and contract documents
+ Assists in the development and implementation of project-specific quality control procedures.
+ Contributes to the continuous improvement of contract administration processes and best practices within the organization
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
+ BA/BS degree plus 4 years of related experience, or AS Degree plus 6 years of related experience, or HS/GED plus 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency and/or education
+ US Citizenship is required due to the projects associated with this position
+ Valid US Driver’s License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices. As a condition of employment, selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review
Preferred Qualifications:
+ CTQP Final Estimates Level II
+ Understand which surfaces are needed from the designer
+ Understand the survey data from the field
+ Prepare the survey data as needed for use in the software
+ Generate accurate earthwork quantities from the software
+ Four years of CEI experience having performed/assisted in project related duties (i.e., Materials Acceptance and Certification (MAC) System input, progress and final estimates, EEO compliance, processing Construction Contract changes, etc.)
+ Two years of experience with 3D Modeling and CADD

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $65000 to $100000.
