    Special Education Teacher – Mild/Moderate – $55/hr – Riverside, CA

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a Special Education Teacher to provide quality services to special education students under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator. This role involves planning and implementing student programs, including special instruction, tutorial assistance, and collaboration with general education staff.

    Assignment Details:

    + Location: Riverside, CA

    + Start Date: December 15, 2025

    + End Date: End of school year

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours

    + Duration: Approximately 6 months

    + Pay Rate: $55/hour

    + Hours per Week: 37.5

    + Classroom Setting: Mild/Moderate

    + Grade Level: Middle School

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead classroom instruction for special education students

    + Write and implement IEPs

    + Collaborate with general education staff

    + Provide individualized and group support

    Requirements:

    + Valid California Special Education Teacher certification (Mild/Moderate)

    + Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
