    Amergis (Yorkville, IL)


    Amergis Healthcare is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in a residential/CILA environment in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. This position would be working with a developmental disabled population at a Duplex group home. See below for full details:

     

    Pay Rate: $38/hr (OT offered based on availability)

     

    Shift/Schedule: 36 hours guaranteed a week (OT offered)

     

    12hr split shifts per day

     

    7am-1pm, 2 hour break, 3pm-9pm

    *Position is 7 days a week, meaning LPN would need to commit to 3 days to be considered for FT hours*

    *Open Availability is preferred but not required*

    Experience Needed:

    + MUST have at least o ne year of previous experience working with persons with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and/or neurological impairments.

    + Experience with Trachs, suctioning, respiratory care, indwelling catheters, feeding tubes, injections, charting, is highly preferred (can earn higher pay rate with specific experience listed)

    + Valid LPN license in State of IL with CPR card.

    + Reliable transportation REQUIRED

    + Great communication and interpersonal skills a huge PLUS

    13 Week assignment with an option to extend or go internal!
