Job Title: Mild/Moderate Credentialed Teacher $1500 SIGN ON BONUS

Start Date: Spring Semester

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Mild/Moderate Credentialed Teacher to join our team for the upcoming spring semester in the Ramona area. This is a full-time position working with students who require mild to moderate special education support.

Key Details:

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 35 hours per week

+ Credential Requirement:

+ Must hold a valid California Mild/Moderate Education Specialist Credential

+ We do not accept 30-day permits or substitute credentials for full-time roles

+ Pay Structure:

+ Local Candidates: $2,100 per week (approx. $8,400 per month)

+ Travel Candidates (50+ miles from location): $2,800 per week (approx. $11,200 per month) with stipend included

+ Benefits:

+ Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options

Responsibilities:

+ Provide individualized instruction and support to students with mild/moderate disabilities

+ Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines

+ Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff

+ Maintain accurate records and progress reports

+ Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications:

+ Valid CA Mild/Moderate Education Specialist Credential

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

+ Previous experience in special education preferred
