    Special Education Teacher – $42/hr – Austin, TX

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a Special Education Teacher for a collaborative/modified math position at the middle school level. This role involves providing quality services to special education students and supporting their academic success through individualized instruction and classroom leadership.

    Assignment Details:

    + Location: Austin, TX

    + Start Date: December 15, 2025

    + End Date: May 2026

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

    + Duration: 15 weeks

    + Pay Rate: $42/hour

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead the classroom and assist students with modified math curriculum

    + Write and implement IEPs

    + Participate in ARDs

    + Provide collaborative support and regular SPED classroom duties

    + Competency in math required (certification in math not required)

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred

    + Valid state teaching certificate (SPED EC-12 required)

    + Minimum one year of teaching experience preferred

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
