About the Role

Our firm is growing, and our Jacksonville office is seeking a talented Pre-Suit Associate Attorney to join our team. Must have 2+ years of experience. This role focuses on handling claims before litigation, conducting thorough investigations, developing evidence, responding to demands, and negotiating early resolutions. If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about client advocacy, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career with a dynamic and supportive team.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct initial client consultations and evaluate claim viability

+ Review medical records, insurance policies, photographs, and supporting documents

+ Investigate liability and damages issues, and exposure to client

+ Communicate with clients frequently regarding case status and next steps

+ Coordinate with adjusters, experts, and internal team members

+ Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all deadlines

Qualifications

+ Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

+ Active and good-standing Florida Bar license

+ Strong negotiation, communication, and writing skills

+ Ability to manage a high-volume, fast – paced caseload
