CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst - ADM position for our client.
**Location:** Piscataway, NJ
**Duration:** 11 months
Duties:
+ Analyze financial statements, budgets, and other financial data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
+ Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into specific requirements for systems and processes around accounting and P&L.
+ Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user guides.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and business operations, to ensure successful implementation of changes.
+ Generate reports and dashboards to track key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
+ Support process improvement initiatives for mortgage processes and financial systems to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.
Skills:
+ 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on mortgage processes, financial data, and systems.
+ Strong accounting expertise, including understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and relevant regulations.
+ Analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
+ Project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives.
+ Technical skills, including familiarity with accounting systems, data analysis tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ CPA or other relevant accounting certifications are a plus.
+ Nice to have: Data analysis and SQL experience.
Experience:
+ Proven track record in analyzing financial data, supporting business process improvements, and delivering actionable insights.
+ Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement financial systems or process changes.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
+ Relevant advanced certifications or additional accounting credentials are a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
