About the Role
The **Finance Manager, North America Supply FP&A** , plays a critical role in supporting the full end-to-end Supply organization, including Conversion, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain & Planning, and the Brand Technical Center.
This role leads consolidated financial performance reporting and forecasting for NA Supply, partners cross-functionally across all Supply pillars, and drives financial insights that translate into action. You will also be a key contributor to strategic projects and transformation initiatives, working closely with the Corporate Supply Finance Director and senior Supply leadership.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and enjoys connecting performance analytics to strategic decisions.
Role Responsibilities:
+ Ensure **accurate, timely, and insightful P&L and Cash reporting** for both current results and outlook performance.
+ Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
+ Lead the consolidated **Opportunities & Risks (O&R)** forecasting process for NA Supply.
+ Manage the delivery of monthly **Business Performance Management (BPM)** packages and variance analyses.
+ Support the development and delivery of the **Annual Operating Plan (AOP)** for NA Supply.
+ Partner with Financial Accounting to ensure alignment between actuals, planning assumptions, and accounting principles.
+ Lead forecasting interactions with **NA Central FP&A** and **Global Supply Finance** .
+ Support end-to-end cost and margin analysis in collaboration with Brand Finance, Corporate Finance, and other cross-functional partners.
+ Provide best-in-class business partnering to NA Supply Leadership and Finance teams.
+ Coach and guide the Senior Finance Analyst (SFA) to support timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables.
+ Role model compliance and Diageo leadership capabilities while supporting CARM and policy adherence.
Key Outputs & Deliverables
+ Delivery of the NA Supply **Annual Operating Plan** and ongoing **O&R updates** , working across Supply and Finance partners.
+ Accurate, insightful **monthly BPM reporting** (P&L and Cash) for both current performance and outlook.
+ Data-driven performance analysis identifying value creation and cost optimization opportunities across Supply.
+ Identification and analysis of **cash performance drivers** , partnering with Controllers on execution.
+ Consolidation and management of monthly **P&L and Cash close** for NA Supply.
+ Delivery of **half-year, hard close, and full-year** requirements.
+ Oversight of overseas reporting teams supporting Global Supply deliverables.
+ Support for transformation, improvement in execution, and **finance digitalization** initiatives across Supply Finance.
+ Completion and support of NA Supply compliance activities.
Experience / skills required:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
+ Minimum **7 years of progressive finance or accounting experience** (CPG or Supply experience strongly preferred).
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to simplify complexity.
+ Advanced skills in **Microsoft Office** , **Power BI** , and strong digital fluency; SAP experience is a plus.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels.
+ Organized, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Experience managing or coaching team members preferred.
