    What You Will Learn:

    Guarantee the quality and of products, parcels and orders distributed under Fulfillment Center’s supervision (own or outsourced) in compliance with Group standards and specifications. Seek efficiency in his/her domain and implement quality as a pillar of operational excellence with continuous improvement and constant innovation within our quality system.

    OVERSEE AND COORDINATE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ‘SQD’:

    + Ensure knowledge and application of the SQD at the site, at suppliers' and subcontractors', through trainings, communication, audits and distribution of documents

    + Assess the efficiency of the implementation of the SQD, monitor and ensure Quality requirements are met (introducing and monitoring indicators, carrying out inspections)

    + Change management

    + Lead and coordinate quality action plans to comply with our Distribution Quality System

    + Support on-going compliance and continuous improvement of the SQD, including close-out of non-conformances identified during audits

    + Facilitate the collection of quality metrics to support customer, financial and corporate scorecards and report KPIs to the DGO according to the defined schedule and ensuring quality of data

    + To ensure in its field of competence the (local) regulatory compliance of the products and the production conditions

    + To analyze customer/consumer complaints in conjunction with customer care

    + Responsible for stock synchronization including investigation, resolution and reporting of performance to all key stakeholders.

    + Provide support for cycle count activities including count planning and first/second counts. Ensure compliance to these activities.

    + Provide support for slotting as needed in line with the warehouse slotting strategies.

    + Investigate inventory discrepancies as needed.

    + Active participant in site activities, including but not limited to for EHS audits and logging of Site Improvement Opportunity submissions.

    + Slot materials on our loose and case pick lines as new SKU's are created.

    + Troubleshoot system issues preventing orders from flowing through correctly.

    + Use SAP to submit and clear cycle counts and damaged materials for inventory control.

    + Review expired batches and be able to locate them and manage their removal from picking locations.

    + Work with customer service and inventory management on order modifications and cancellations.

    + Work with supply team on primary version changes to be the voice of the Distribution Center.

    + Help fill in on other coordinator functions as needed.

    What We Are Looking For:

    Required Qualifications:

    + Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quality role

    + Ability to learn statistical processes and Standard Operating Procedures

    + Requires the ability to meet deadlines, have good organizational skills and have the ability to work independently

    + Requires ability for test design and interpretation of results

    + Must have strong communication skills, presentation skills, writing skills, and excel skills
