_This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month._

Responsibilities:

+ Build ServiceNow forms and automation that integrate with SailPoint and other identity management workflows to enable quicker user access and request management.

+ Analyze system requirements, including identifying program interactions and appropriate interfaces.

+ Write and/or review system specifications, including output requirements and flow charts.

+ Make recommendations regarding the development of new code or reuse of existing code.

+ You will participate in software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.

+ Ensure proper analysis of problems and programming approaches to prevent rework and schedule slippage.

+ Assist in preparing and updating project plans.

+ May lead assigned projects, including assigning tasks, coordinating efforts, and monitoring performance.

+ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of relevant development or engineering experience

+ Previous experience with ServiceNow engineering and development is required.

+ Knowledge of ServiceNow IT Modules (i.e., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/ SPM, GRC/ IRM, SecOps, Vulnerability Response, Service Portal, SAM Pro, Integration Hub, and/or Performance Analytics.)

+ Development skills in JavaScript on the ServiceNow Platform

+ Experience with integrations (e.g., REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, JDBC, Orchestration, etc.)

+ Experience with Scoped Applications

+ Experience with Flow Designer, preferred

+ Experience with Integration Hub, preferred

+ Experience with Service Portal, preferred

+ ServiceNow Certification is a plus: Certified Application Developer

Ability to:

Flexibility to occasionally work a non-standard shift including nights and/or weekends.
