Drive platform adoption & outcomes: set targets (e.g. # experiences supported, dev NPS, integration time), deliver enablement (templates, docs, starter kits), and remove integration friction.
Build the ecosystem & influence: grow contributors and feedback loops, benchmark external SDUI/DX tech, communicate impact with leadership.

5+ years of work experience with meaningful time as a platform/DX PM (SDKs, APIs, frameworks, or tooling) shipping at scale.
Demonstrated success improving developer experience (e.g. toolchains, docs, CLIs) and measuring impact with clear KPIs. Working knowledge of UX development frameworks (e.g., component libraries, design systems, React/Angular, schema-driven or server-driven UI) and proven technical depth (e.g. familiar with REST, schema, client performance, and accessibility)
(Nice-to-have) Experience with server-driven UI systems (e.g., Adaptive Cards, Epoxy/sectioned renderers, Beagle) or building plugin/extension architectures.
Strong product sense and the ability to balance developer and end-user outcomes. Ability to translate UX requirements into platform capabilities and comfortable in architecture discussions.
