Job Description:
We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, GPS Service Delivery Strategy & PMO located in New Brunswick ,NJ, Tampa, FL or Prague, CZ.
**Purpose** :
The Senior Manager, GPS Service Delivery Strategy & PMO will be a trusted partner to the VP Procurement Service Delivery, providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and governance across a global organization of 750+ professionals. Acting as a central coordination point, this role ensures alignment of priorities, drives robust business planning, and supports high-impact strategic projects.
This role balances strategic vision with operational excellence — integrating business needs, managing governance frameworks, optimizing resources, and ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement across procurement and non-procurement partners globally.
You will be responsible for:
+ Lead and manage the annual Procurement Service Delivery (SD) business planning process, ensuring alignment with procurement scorecards, corporate priorities, and stakeholder needs.
+ Provide oversight and governance over the SD budget, including financial planning, monitoring, reporting, and compliance.
+ Manage, oversee, and govern headcount, staffing plans, workforce planning, and organization change updates.
+ Partner with leadership to define, align, and track priorities, goals & objectives, metrics, and definitions.
+ Oversee results reporting and drive accountability for delivering business outcomes.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
+ Lead SD strategy communications across procurement, and relevant business sectors.
+ Coordinate and deliver global procurement communication updates that connect teams to vision, priorities, and results.
+ Ensure effective stakeholder engagement with procurement and non-procurement audiences globally.
+ Partner with the Communications team to manage communications for SD, strategic projects, and values-based (CREDO) initiatives.
Leadership & Organization Effectiveness:
+ Coordinate and manage key leadership forums including: SD Leadership Team meetings, SD Extended Leadership meetings, weekly operations reviews, and strategic project update sessions.
+ Plan and facilitate GPS engagement forums with regional and global service delivery leaders.
+ Champion organization performance management, providing governance over portfolio, dashboards, and scorecards.
Strategic & Special Projects:
+ Provide leadership and support for high-impact strategic initiatives shaping the future state of GPS Service Delivery.
+ Oversee SD Business Continuity Plan (BCP) renewal coordination across global regions to ensure resiliency.
+ Support transformation projects, ensuring clear objectives, governance, execution, and communication.
**Qualifications** / **Requirements** :
+ A bachelor’s degree is required. A Masters/MBA degree is preferred.
+ A minimum of 10 years of related experience is required.
+ Broad-based understanding of business operations and core Procurement areas of focus (e.g. Supplier Payments, Sourcing and Contracting) is preferred.
+ Ability to lead a global leadership team.
+ Ability to think strategically and develop the organization’s future state strategy.
+ Ability to develop and deliver presentations to senior leadership.
+ Proactively plan and lead multiple priorities effectively.
+ Identify and drive change and continuous improvement opportunities.
+ Strong collaboration and influencing skills - building and maintaining trusted relationships with leadership.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skill with ability to confidently present sophisticated information.
+ Comfortable with ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
+ Strong process & project management experience.
+ Highly analytical - data-driven thinking.
+ Experienced professional with business experience across a variety of functional specialties including Procurement, Marketing, general management, Supply Chain or a Technical filed with at least 5+ years within a Procurement environment.
+ High level of proficiency with core Procurement processes (e.g., business engagement, category strategy, supplier management, sourcing, contracting, R2P, etc.)
+ Technical Skills - Microsoft Office, Tableau, Salesforce.com, Ariba
+ Up to 10 % domestic and international travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$122,000-$212,750
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
