Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant specializing in the Payroll module to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring testing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions to meet business requirements. This role requires strong technical functional expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Configure Oracle HCM Payroll module based on business requirements.
Perform Unit Testing, UAT Testing, and End-to-End testing
Set up payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, and costing rules.
Ensure compliance with local tax and statutory regulations.
This role pays between $40,000-70,000 per year

Skills and Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 5-8 years years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Payroll.
Minimum of 2 successful end to end implementations of Oracle Payroll Module
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Hands-on experience in payroll configuration, fast formulas, and compliance setup.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with Oracle HCM tools such as HDL (HCM Data Loader), BI Publisher, and OTBI.
Understanding of payroll integrations and data migration processes.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Finance, or related field.
Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Payroll) preferred. Experience with Kronos Data
Experience working with clients in the United States
