Job Description

An Insight Global client in the commercial and residential lawn care industry is looking for a seasoned Sales Representative to join their team. This role will be responsible for handling inbound sales requests via phone and email to sell their 7 step lawn care program. The rep will be responsible for providing quotes for requested service, providing add on options, and getting the client scheduled for service.

- Handle inbound leads from website and phone calls (no cold calling).

• Sell lawn care programs and related services:

- Core Offering: 7-step lawn care program (fertilizer and chemical applications).

- Pricing: Per square foot.

- Upsell Opportunities: Mold control, flea & tick treatments.

• Provide quotes over the phone using computer-based measurements

• Focus on maximizing sales volume and meeting annual quota

• Participate in training:

- Shadow senior sales rep (John).

- Ride along with technicians to learn service details.

• Collaborate with existing sales team (currently 1 other rep) and assist in balancing workload.

• No responsibility for service calls or field work.

$35,000 - $40,000 base + commission- Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

• 5+ years of inbound sales experience with proven success meeting quotas.

• Strong phone presence and communication skills.

• Outgoing personality and customer-focused approach.

• Demonstrated job stability.

• Comfortable working in-office 5 days a week.

• Reliable and professional demeanor. • Marketing degree or related education.
