    Job Description

    Insight Global is currently hiring a Senior Paralegal for one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ. Our client is a full-service law firm with offices throughout the United States. They offer legal solutions across a wide range of practice areas, including litigation, real estate, corporate law, and bankruptcy. The Paralegal will play a critical role in supporting attorneys with complex commercial litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling high-volume cases and managing all phases of litigation with minimal supervision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    -Assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial litigation, including case management, discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial activities.

     

    -Draft, review, and organize legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery responses.

     

    -Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.

     

    -Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with court deadlines.

     

    -Coordinate with clients, courts, and third parties to facilitate case progress.

     

    -Prepare exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders for hearings and trials.}

     

    The salary for this role is $80k - $90k depending upon qualifications and years of experience.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -Bachelor’s Degree

     

    -10+ years of paralegal experience, with a strong focus on commercial litigation.

     

    -Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software. -Experience in commercial bankruptcy

     

    -Paralegal Certificate
