Job Description
The Senior B2B Marketing Specialist is responsible for owning and executing high-impact marketing
programs that support new client acquisition and existing client success. The Marketing Specialist
will have an in-depth understanding of organizational priorities, goals, objectives, and market
conditions, including the competitive landscape and target audience.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing B2B demand generation marketing programs
including orchestrating Speedchain’s presence at industry events, producing targeted content for
industry associations, and nurturing leads at various stages of the pipeline.
This role partners closely with the Sales and Product teams to build pipeline, support existing
relationships, and position Speedchain as the industry leader. The Senior B2B Marketing Specialist is
accountable for performance measurement, disciplined execution, and continuous optimization
while identifying new marketing opportunities.
The Marketing Specialist will work with the Sales and Marketing team, reporting to the Director of
Partnerships and Marketing.
Principle Activities:
• Work alongside Sales, Marketing and Partnerships to establish B2B marketing priorities and
project plans.
• Execute on industry events: vendor outreach, booth execution, speaker logistics, and both
pre and post-event lead outreach.
• Own day-to-day marketing operations across marketing channels, including social media,
email, website, and blog. Evaluate new marketing channels and opportunities to grow top of
funnel.
• Own social media and email marketing distribution channels. Develop content outlined on
the marketing calendar. Execute and measure marketing campaigns, with the goal of
continually developing content aligned with industry topics.
• Work closely with the internal design team for content development and distribution. Act as
brand champion across channels, upholding brand guidelines, messaging, and tone of voice.
• Create case studies with existing clients to leverage with Sales for outreach
• Maintain project documentation and marketing operating plans. Ensure marketing content
and planning documents are organized.
• Manage client and prospect SWAG and Holiday gifting in line with a budget.
• Coordinate PR between internal teams and external partners.
• Perform duties and fulfill responsibilities that may, from time to time, include related or
unrelated tasks.

Skills and Requirements
2-6 years of experience working in a marketing role focused on B2B demand generation, or
similar marketing discipline. Progressive responsibilities related to marketing.
• Experience with planning and executing industry tradeshows and other events.
• Experience in a B2B company, financial services or SaaS preferred but not required.
• Ability to be a creative thinker who is motivated and excited to be working in a fast-paced
environment with a focus on growth and driving optimizations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and logical approach to decision making, leading with numbers and
measuring the impact of all your efforts.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency in day-to-day operations.
• Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot) experience is a plus, but not required.
• A quick learner with a sharp eye for detail.
• Desire to scale marketing operations and ownership over marketing KPIs and outcome
