Operations Manager
Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 annually + $30,000 Annual Bonus Potential + additional $10,000 Annual Cost of Living Adjustment

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to manage and lead the complete operations of our Washington, DC office. This role is ideal for a strategic leader passionate about healthcare services, quality improvement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee fiscal planning, budgeting, and cost control to ensure adequate staffing and resources
+ Proactively sell Maxim’s full range of services to clients, customers, and healthcare facilities
+ Build strong relationships with patients, referral sources, and healthcare professionals
+ Create and execute strategic business development plans
+ Develop and lead recruitment strategies for the office
+ Establish and maintain an ongoing Quality Improvement Program
+ Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
+ Promote and ensure attainment of clinical and operational metrics
+ Oversee hiring, onboarding, and compliance for qualified personnel
+ Manage patient care from referral through discharge in compliance with regulations
+ Provide ongoing development and growth opportunities for team members
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Provider Relations, or Nursing (BSN preferred)
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in health service administration or public health/home health nursing preferred
+ Minimum 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care preferred
+ Knowledge of home care requirements and third-party reimbursement
+ Strong communication and leadership skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Fluency in English required
