    ### Job Duties

    Accredited Minnesota Assessor including income courses required to list, value and classify property for ad valorem tax purposes, utilizing a CAMA program. Responsible for direction and training of office staff. Field appraisal work,including quintile and new construction. Analyze market trends. Assist in the county assessment program. Serve as County Assessor in their absence.

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/training/experience.

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    5 years of assessment experience.
