Overview
Your analysis of media tactics, research resources, capabilities, opportunities and limitations will support and guide client brand communication plans. The Connections Strategy team will design media architecture informed by data.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day, your role includes:
+ Rigorous research and analysis of clients and their communication ecosystems:
+ Current and proposed media plans
+ Category competitors
+ Their consumers and audiences
+ Emerging media opportunities
+ Identify and recommend proprietary research studies for assigned brand(s), continuing to gain stronger consumer insights around content engagement, media interaction, consumption and devices
+ Ideating innovative media architecture plans for brands, using experience maps, consumer journeys, and brand-engagement platforms
+ Partner with agency Creative Strategists, Media Planners, and Decision Science experts, using behavioral data to design an orchestrated communication system connected across touch points
+ Build trust and collaborative relationships with clients and agency partners
Qualifications
This role will require strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
+ An unwavering passion for marketing, and an unstoppable drive to bring the best work to life
+ Four years of college education and 2-4 years experience, preferably in cross-channel media or digital strategy environment
+ Research ambidextrous- must respect, understand, and flawlessly execute qualitative and quantitative methods and able to extract meaning from data
+ Impressive expertise in the digital world – you keep a pulse on what’s happening, and you offer smart POVs on how businesses should adapt accordingly
+ Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking – you’re strong on both IQ and EQ, as adept at reading data for insights as you are at reading clients for feedback
+ Effective time-management, impeccable organization and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes
+ Proven leadership and management training – you’re known for your ability to coach and develop talent, inspire and drive change, and bring varied groups together to collaborate effectively
+ Amazing communication and presentation skills – you’re articulate, straightforward, and engaging
+ Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.

Compensation Range: $81,225 - $116,655. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
