    We’re searching for a Skopje-based Engineer III – Software (C#/.NET) to join our Software Engineering team, so that we can design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions that contribute to safer, better healthcare. Software Engineer III will implement robust software features and solve moderately complex technical challenges to directly contribute to our vision of safer, better healthcare for all.

    How You’ll Spend Your Time

    + Implement scalable software features to address evolving business requirements.

    + Diagnose moderately complex technical issues in order to ensure system reliability and high performance.

    + Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to enable frequent, reliable software releases.

    + Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting systems in order to proactively detect and escalate issues across production environments.

    + Analyse unclear or evolving requirements to design flexible software architectures that accommodate future changes.

    What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

    + 4–6+ years of professional software engineering experience in SaaS product development.

    + Proven success in delivering high-quality engineering work on schedule and maintaining accountability for individual tasks.

    + In-depth knowledge on how to apply C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and Azure cloud services to build solutions.

    + Ability to commute to Skopje 2 days a week (Hybrid role).

    + Sincere interest in making a positive change in healthcare and patient safety.

    + A knack for working collaboratively within an Agile squad of 6–8 people.
