Stakeholder Engagement Lead

GCyber is hiring a Stakeholder Engagement and Outreach Lead to support our US Coast Guard customer's infrastructure modernization and management objectives. As the Stakeholder Engagement & Outreach Lead you will be responsible for applying your expertise in project and product management to coordinate with a diverse group of both business and technology teams. You will play a critical role in USCG's modernization initiatives by capturing and translating system design requirements including functional, interface, technical, data, and information security to product teams.
As the Stakeholder Engagement & Outreach Lead (SME), you will:
+ Provide Technical and Functional Expertise: Deliver specialized knowledge to identify, evaluate, develop, and support business systems, leveraging understanding of workflows, processes, and IT capabilities.
+ Analyze and Improve Processes: Assess business and technical operations to design and implement new or enhanced information processing systems.
+ Bridge Business and Technology: Act as liaison between system architects/programmers and end users to ensure IT solutions meet organizational needs.
+ Define and Validate Requirements: Document product/service specifications, develop test procedures, and ensure traceability and coverage of user requirements.
+ Apply Broad System Knowledge: Utilize general logic and system capability understanding to support functional areas such as finance, program control, or logistics without requiring programming skills.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
+ Active DoD Secret Clearance
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ 12+ years of experience including proven stakeholder engagement and outreach experience
+ Demonstrated experience and ability to effectively communicate with both Senior Government Leadership as well as technical teams
+ Prior US Coast Guard experience highly preferred
