In this executive-level position, you will perform a critical role in the Global Security Organization for ADP, a company that provides cloud-based payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to business from one employee to hundreds of thousands.

You will lead a team and deliver dedicated risk management and compliance services that will provide the foundation for policy, risk identification and treatment aligned with our business objectives and risk appetites. You will be the senior Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) leader, driving and executing the strategic vision of this critical component of the Security program, providing risk evaluation, monitoring, and reporting to enable effective decision making and prioritization to technology functions and business unit leaders.

No two days will be the same. One day you’ll be forging closer relationships with the business unit and functional leaders to ensure that both existing and emergent risks are captured, reviewed, measured, and undergo effective treatment. The next you’re supporting the Global Security Organization with the decision-making process across a wide range of disciplines including Cyber, Physical, and Fraud, some of ADP’s most critical risk areas. Finally, you’ll leverage your experience to communicate the current state of cybersecurity control and operational maturity, across all security risk areas, to ADP’s Executive Committee (XCOM) and other senior leaders in the organization.

To thrive in this career, you must be able to balance business needs with ADP’s goals for maintaining a safe and resilient client focused environment. + You’ll mature our governance and reporting functions, based on frameworks/standards like NIST CSF and 800-53. These are the foundations of ADP’s converged security program, that focuses on risk management and delivers a broader view of maturity demonstrating other factors including control efficacy and value.

+ Your role will also oversee ADP’s Security policies, standards and guidelines to ensure they are maintained, communicated, and embedded across business units to balance our security with the operational requirements of the organization.
