ADP is Hiring a Director Data Analytics & Program Monitoring, Global Compliance
We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven analytical thinker who will be responsible for developing and managing the quality control plans to support compliance monitoring of risks and effectiveness of controls. The Director of Data Analytics for Global Compliance’s Program Monitoring will build, enhance and lead the testing and analytics foundation of the metrics used by Global Compliance to monitor ADP’s compliance programs.
The Director Data Analytics & Program Monitoring will design and implement a comprehensive suite of metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), dashboards, and reporting capabilities, while also developing advanced predictive analytics to enhance our Global Compliance programs.
The role requires someone who thrives in a big data environment, can turn insights into action, and partners closely with our internal business partners to surface emerging risks.
The ideal candidate is a proactive analytics leader who does not just report data but design solutions and formulates insights while driving remediation efforts to completion.
_What You will Do:_
+ Develop monitoring capabilities of the Global Compliance Program
+ Continuously monitor and report program operational metrics and recommend enhancements based on inputs from metrics and predictive analytics.
+ Analytics and metrics development related to Enterprise Risk
+ Review and enhance the Legal and Compliance Risk/Controls Taxonomy.
+ Implement appropriate controls testing at a regular cadence.
+ Enhance the full suite of Legal and Compliance KRIs, KPIs, and create dashboards that provide transparency into risk assessment and mitigation.
+ Reporting and executive insights
+ Provide timely, actionable reporting to executives and key stakeholders.
+ Translate complex analytics into clear business narratives that drive decision making.
+ Cross Functional collaboration
+ Collaborate with internal partners to embed analytics insights into key processes.
+ Function as the voice of analytics for Global Compliance, influencing strategy and prioritization.
+ Project management skillset
+ Manage compliance related projects integrating program components into an efficient project management model with the use of PM tools and reporting dashboards illustrating performance metrics and overall effectiveness.

+ Explore new tools, techniques, and methodologies to strengthen Compliance initiatives

_Qualifications_** **_Required:_
+ 8+ years of experience in analytics, risk analytics, or data science leadership roles.
+ Experience with data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Tableau and Power BI)
+ Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives with consensus building, problem solving and successful execution of project management activities.
+ Proven track record in developing metrics, quality assurance tests and validations, dashboard creation, and executive reporting frameworks.
+ Experience with use of technology tools and applying technology to project planning and management, reporting, data gathering and collection, budgeting, cost control, and performance measurement.
+ Deep experience with big data environments (SQL, Python, Power BI or equivalent) and experienced in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) framework.
+ Strong ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable strategies
+ Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience influencing at the senior stakeholder level.
+ Highly proactive, decisive, action oriented and results driven.

_Preferred Qualifications:_
+ Advanced degree MBA preferred
+ 8+ years extensive experience in supporting monitoring programs or quality assurance activities and project management in large corporate environment, global experience preferred.
+ Knowledge of human capital management industry, or components thereof

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $98,000.00 - USD $198,800.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
